Taking pictures with an idea in mind

A friend of mine approached me about three weeks ago, to help him with a photo-shoot  for his new clothing label, which he started last year. They are currently promoting their " Haters Gonna Hate " concept, which is doing quite good and the reception of the concept has proved that their brand  is doing phenomenally well. My approach to the task was quite a simple one, they were selling the concept " Haters Gonna Hate" , and it was  sound in this particular instance to make the guy leaning against the wall be in focus while the guy passing by appears to be in motion/ blurry. I did that particularly because, I wanted  to create contrast which helped in identifying what was being sold, which is "Haters Gonna Hate" concept. I'm not boasting but, from a photographic stand point, I executed the task quite cool- Outside My Box I think.
